[Remote] Senior Platform Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to design and build systems that power software delivery, including CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes infrastructure, while embedding AI capabilities into developer workflows.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve Jenkins (Groovy and Python)-based CI/CD and continuous deployment systems that support engineering teams across the organizationDesign, build, and operate platform automation services using Python for deployment orchestration, release workflows, and environment provisioningDevelop and scale Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure and runtime servicesDesign and maintain backend platform APIs using .NET (C#) and Python that power deployment operations, release management, and environment automationIntegrate platform systems with external tools and enterprise workflows, including ticketing systems and change management (CAB) processesImprove reliability, scalability, and operational standards across software delivery systemsWork closely with engineering teams to define and evolve how deployments, releases, and environments are managedLead improvements in observability using Dynatrace, ELK Stack, logging, metrics, dashboards, and alertingBuild and enhance an Angular-based internal engineering portal for self-service deployments and platform operationsParticipate in an on-call rotation and help drive resolution of production issues in critical platform systemsEmbed AI capabilities into developer workflows and platform tooling to improve automation and operational efficiencyMentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, code quality, and platform best practicesSkills8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or distributed systemsStrong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Jenkins (Groovy)-based CI/CD and continuous deployment systemsStrong experience with Ansible for configuration management, deployment automation, and platform operationsStrong backend engineering experience in Python and/or .NET (C#)Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIsBenefitsCompetitive base salariesAnnual performance-based bonusesThe chance to share in the equity value you and your colleagues create during your time with the companyComprehensive health benefits, including dental, life, and disability insuranceUnlimited paid time off programCompany OverviewAdvisor360° is a wealth management platform that streamlines advisor workflow, increases productivity and drives enterprise growth.
