[Remote] Senior Performance Media Manager

As a Senior Performance Media Manager, you will lead media strategy and buying across various channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, while managing the end-to-end media planning process and collaborating with internal and external partners.ResponsibilitiesLead omni-channel media strategy and buying across paid social, programmatic display, video, CTV, and audio channelsDevelop and manage campaign briefs, media plans, and RFP processes for brand and performance initiativesOversee creative strategy in partnership with internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are refreshed regularly and optimized based on performance learningsTest and scale new creative formats (e.g., LinkedIn CTV, Reddit Megathreads, Quora promoted answers, influencer integrations) to support brand awareness and acquisition goalsManage relationships with media partners including programmatic DSPs, social platforms, and agency partnersManage campaign trafficking, audience targeting, creative rotations, and pacing across display, social, and video channelsAnalyze campaign performance and drive optimizations to improve CAC efficiency, CTR, MRR, and LTV metricsOptimize audience strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and B2B targeting (LinkedIn, web developer/IT decision-maker audiences) utilizing both 3rd party and 1st party audience insightsOversee creator and influencer video partnerships within paid media to drive engagement and acquisitionOwn measurement strategy including floodlight/conversion tracking setup, incrementality testing, and brand lift studiesPartner with analytics to evolve and maintain Tableau and Salesforce dashboards to track revenue and new customer attribution, lead gen lifecycle, and campaign KPIsCollaborate with BI, analytics, and finance teams to ensure media performance is accurately reflected in financial reportingLead budget planning, forecasting, and financial reconciliation across all paid media channelsPresent performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersSkills5+ years of experience in paid media, with hands-on expertise in social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic display, and video/CTV buyingProven track record of managing large-scale media budgets with a focus on performance and growth marketingExperience with measurement tools and platforms including CM360, Tableau, Salesforce, and DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear executive narrativesExperience managing influencer/creator partnerships within a paid media contextExcellent project management skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environmentExperience in B2B and/or eCommerce marketing; web hosting, SaaS, or tech industry experience is a plusExperience with web hosting or web development marketingFamiliarity with MRR/LTV-based KPI frameworks and subscription business modelsExperience running LinkedIn lead gen campaigns and integrating with sales pipelinesBackground in integrated video strategy spanning organic social, YouTube, and paid channelsBenefitsExcellent Health Insurance options to fit youHSAMedicalDentalVisionMatching 401KLife/AD&D/STD/LTDTuition ReimbursementPet InsuranceGenerous vacation policyPrograms that bring us together on important issues and provide learning and development opportunities for all employees20 + affinity groups where you can network and connect with employees globallyHelping our employees learn different aspects of the businessBe challenged with new tasksBe mentoredGrow their careersCompany OverviewTrusted by over 5M customers worldwide, Bluehost is the all-in-one platform empowering entrepreneurs, small businesses, agencies and developers to build, grow and run online with confidence.
