They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to manage significant paid social advertising spend and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels, working closely with the CEO and various teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn setup, launch, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across MDhair, MDacne, and NuvaneLead Meta Ads execution across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and scalingTest and grow additional paid social channels such as Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Apple Search AdsAnalyze performance across CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CVR, spend, revenue, and contribution marginTurn campaign data into clear recommendations on what to scale, pause, rebuild, or test nextWork closely with creative, design, and growth teams to turn performance insights into stronger ad concepts, briefs, landing pages, and funnelsMaintain clear reporting and communicate what is working, what is not, and what we should do nextSkills6+ years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC, ecommerce, health, beauty, wellness, or subscription businessesDeep experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, and scalingExperience with at least some of the following channels: Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or other paid acquisition platformsStrong understanding of performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, CVR, CPA, CPM, CTR, payback period, and contribution marginExperience managing meaningful monthly ad spend and making budget allocation decisions based on performance dataAbility to structure clean creative tests, audience tests, landing page tests, and funnel experimentsStrong creative intuition.
