They are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support the CAPPS HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) environment, providing advanced functional and technical support for HR/PY applications.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 production support for CAPPS HR/PY applicationsTroubleshoot complex PeopleSoft HCM issues and perform root cause analysisSupport Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Commitment Accounting, Time & Labor, TAM/CG, and HR SecurityPerform ERP configuration changes and functional design activitiesWork with Integration Broker, App Designer, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and related PeopleSoft toolsSupport batch jobs, RMJ processes, and system monitoring activitiesManage incidents, escalations, and coordination with Tier 3 vendorsParticipate in Disaster Recovery and Major Incident Management (MIM) activitiesEnsure compliance with FMLA, NIST standards, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirementsGather business requirements and support project implementation activitiesProvide executive presentations, audit support, and agency trainingCoordinate Fiscal Year-End processes and statewide HR/PY support activitiesSkills14+ Years of Experience Mandatory10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experienceExtensive CAPPS HR/PY support experienceStrong expertise with PeopleSoft App DesignerIntegration BrokerSQR / SQLBI PublisherSAP Business ObjectsAWE (Approval Workflow Engine)PUM / Fluid / Elastic SearchExperience with Texas State Government agenciesExperience supporting large enterprise ERP environmentsKnowledge of NIST security standards and multi-tenancy environmentsExperience with ServiceNow, BOSSDesk, ITIL, and ITSM practicesExperience supporting Tier 2 production support environmentsStrong communication, troubleshooting, and project coordination skillsExperience with Agile and SDLC methodologiesFMLA configuration and compliance expertiseExperience supporting CPA legacy statewide financial systemsPrior Texas public sector ERP support experienceExperience with executive-level reporting and audit supportKnowledge of CGI Advantage and related state systemsITIL Certification (Preferred)Oracle PeopleSoft Certifications (Preferred)Agile/Scrum Certifications (Preferred)Company OverviewRadiant Digital is supports multiple health focused agencies including Department of Health and Human Services.
