[Remote] Senior People Systems Analyst (Workday)

They are seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to optimize and support Workday Human Capital Management capabilities, focusing on process improvement, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the employee experience.ResponsibilitiesLead configuration, testing, release management, and maintenance of Workday Integrations and Extend ModuleCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate business needs into system solutions, and implement those solutions through configuration or reportingDevelop, maintain, and deliver custom Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business analyticsRecommend and implement process improvements by leveraging new Workday features or best practicesMaintain clear documentation of configurations, business processes, and training materialsDevelop solutions for tickets and requests, meeting with stakeholders/requestors and landing on a path forward to drive resultsAdjust and create new configuration in Production after all milestones have been completed (product life cycle management)Drive Workday updates and semi-annual feature release testing, partnering with HR teams and cross functional partnersPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferredMinimum of (3) years of relevant experienceAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percentageAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, colleagues, investors, and external partiesStrong written and verbal communicationsAbility to understand, read, write, and speak EnglishArticulates and embraces hospice philosophyWorkday Pro certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or other relevant modulesFamiliarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, or similar tools for tracking work and managing enhancementsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, data transformation, and reportingExperience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, or Studio) is a plusDeep understanding of Workday's structure, configuration, and data relationshipsAbility to effectively translate business problems into Workday solutionsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functional areasA continuous improvement mindset and commitment to process optimizationBenefitsCompetitive payFlexible time offTuition reimbursementWellness programs designed for your well-beingAccess leadership pathways, mentorship, and personalized professional developmentRecognition programs that honor your dedicationCompany OverviewCompassus provides hospice, home health, home infusion, and palliative care services.
