The Senior People Operations Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, leveraging data and AI tools to support organizational effectiveness and growth.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into thoughtful people strategiesCoach managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, engagement, and organizational changeSupport key people moments: hiring planning, onboarding, promotions, investigations, exits, and change managementStrong understanding of compensation philosophy, pay equity principles, and market benchmarking practices, partnering with managers on informed, consistent, and equitable pay decisionsUse people data and qualitative insights to identify trends and risks, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsLeverage AI tools and emerging HR technology to improve workflows and scale people operationsPartner internally to build and iterate on AI solutions and toolsDrive scalable people programs aligned with core values and business needsPartner on talent planning, workforce planning, succession, and org designGuide performance management processes and support leaders in making sound talent decisionsServe as a thought partner on employee relations matters with empathy, judgment, and consistencyCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal on program execution and complianceBuild manager capability through clarity, tools, and reinforcement of strong people leadership practicesSkills6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsDemonstrated experience helping organizations grow from early stage to scaleStrong business partnering skills with the ability to build trust across functions and leadership stylesExcellent manager coaching experience, including performance management, ER, and org changeAnalytical mindset with hands-on experience using people data and dashboards to drive decisionsDemonstrated experience with AI tools and applying emerging HR technology to improve operations and employee experienceExperience partnering cross-functionally on AI-powered tools such as HR chatbots or self-service platformsSound judgment on employee relations, compliance, and sensitive mattersFamiliarity with employment law and practical HR complianceStrong communicator who can facilitate difficult conversations and adapt to different audiencesComfortable moving between strategy and execution with a low-ego, builder mindsetExperience in a SaaS environment preferredExperience supporting global or multi-regional people operations a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation package including stock optionsFlexible work scheduleComprehensive benefits including retirement plan matchOpportunity to make a real impact every dayWork with a dynamic and growing teamUnlimited PTOCompany OverviewPredictive Maintenance Simplified.
