They are seeking a Senior People Analytics & Insights Engineer to develop scalable data solutions and intuitive tools for stakeholders, enhancing decision-making through analytics.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into user-friendly, self-service dashboards, agents, and analytical products for stakeholders in People and G&A teams to provide actionable insights and improve decision-makingDefine, validate, and build company-wide corporate metrics with cross-functional teamsDeliver deep-dive "so-what" analyses and strategic insights via descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics/ML modeling on complex datasets, presenting findings to leadership for forecasting/business use casesCollaborate with data engineering to build scalable data models, semantic layers, and metrics using dbt and BigQueryWork with DE, IT teams to automate data pipelines and ETL automation for manual processesOptimize, refactor, validate, and document business logic, metrics, and data products to ensure proper governance of quality, accuracy, and scalabilityAct as a liaison across business and technical teams to align analytical solutions with strategic goalsLead complex cross-functional analytics projectsHelp define best practices for scalable analytics design and contribute to data strategySkills5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics rolesHands-on experience building dashboards using Tableau or a similar BI toolStrong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehousesUnderstanding of key metrics and workflows in Peo functionsExperience collaborating with data engineers and working with dbt or other data modeling frameworksExperience using AI, BigQuery ML, or other no-code/low-code ML tools for predictive modelingFamiliarity with data governance principles including documentation, privacy, and access controlsAbility to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly analytics solutionsBachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field), or equivalent practical experienceExperience with AI agent frameworks, natural language querying, or building AI-powered user interfacesFamiliarity with People analytics and metrics such as time to hire, retention, eNPS, etcPrior experience in a cloud-native data environment such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Exposure to LiveRamp's data ecosystem (e.g., identity resolution, clean rooms, audience activation)Experience supporting self-service analytics adoption across business teamBenefitsPeople: Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.Fun: We host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues.Work/Life Harmony: Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.Comprehensive Benefits Package: LiveRamp offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you be your best self in your personal and professional lives.
