The Senior Partner Consultant role is essential for supporting and strengthening distribution partner relationships by ensuring effective communication, operational execution, and data accuracy to enhance partner and team success.ResponsibilitiesSupport designated distribution partners across markets by preparing and compiling program data, growth measures, and performance metricsProvide accurate reporting, dashboards, presentations, and data support for Relationship Managers and Sales teamsDevelop and maintain high‑quality, client‑facing materials that elevate partner and field conversationsSupport sales, retention, renewal, and growth activities through reliable preparation and execution supportDeliver clear, timely, and consistent partner communications in coordination with Relationship Managers and cross‑functional teamsEnsure partner materials are accurate, professional, and aligned to enterprise standardsContribute to a strong, consistent partner experience through dependable follow‑through and communication across accountsMaintain organized, accurate, and high‑quality documentation across partners, programs, and initiativesImprove operational consistency across distribution partners by applying shared templates, tools, and processesIdentify errors, inefficiencies, or gaps in partner materials and workflows and recommend practical improvementsSupport interim processes and operational workflows as needed to ensure continuity and execution qualityMaintain strong data hygiene and system accuracy to support reporting, insights, and partner performance trackingReduce errors and rework by ensuring partner‑facing and internal materials are thoroughly reviewed and validatedEnable faster preparation cycles and greater predictability through organized information managementPartner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Analytics teams to support coordinated execution across the partner lifecycleTranslate partner and field feedback into actionable inputs that improve tools, materials, and processes over timeSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or related field or an equivalent trade-off of related professional work experience5-7 years of experienceDemonstrated knowledge of insurance products and services, with in-depth understanding of the new market partners, business, industry, and market preferredExperience with designing and executing on new processes, artifacts, and templatesAbility to quickly identify, making recommended fixes, build, and execute solutions with cross functional teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities, plan projects and maintain deadlines with strong organizational skillsAbility to comprehend and follow complex processes, with aptitude for continuous adaptability and improvementDemonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, relationship building, problem-solving skills, and customer service skillsDemonstrated strong skills for collaboration, teamwork, persuasion and influence where/when appropriateAbility and willingness to travel 10-15% of the timeBenefitsAnnual incentive (bonus) planMedicalDentalVisionEmployee assistance programLife insuranceDisability plansParental leavePaid time off401kTuition reimbursementFlexible workplace that allows for work-life balanceCareer growth and retirement assistanceFlexibility, including working in a place you preferInvest in technology and other tools that will make hybrid working normal rather than an exceptionCompany OverviewTruStage is an insurance service provider company.
