They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to build, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a high-volume portfolio of client accounts while ensuring performance optimization and quality assurance.ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a high-volume portfolio of client accountsDevelop account structures, targeting, and bidding strategies aligned to each account's goals and budgetApply Advirtis's white-label playbooks and SOPs consistently across accountsContinuously monitor and optimize campaigns: bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and placementsIdentify underperformance early and take corrective action before it becomes a client-facing issueBalance pacing and performance across dozens of concurrent accounts without losing quality on any single oneDeliver clear, accurate performance reporting tied to each account's goalsTranslate campaign data into specific, actionable next steps for Account Managers and clientsReview and QA campaign builds and strategies submitted via ClickUp, including those of junior specialistsCatch errors, inconsistencies, or missed opportunities before work reaches the clientHelp refine and document internal SOPs as platforms and best practices evolveWork closely with Account Managers to align paid media execution with client strategy and expectationsSupport audits and strategy development for new and existing accountsEscalate technical or platform-level issues to leadership with clear context and recommended solutionsAct as a go-to technical resource for less experienced specialistsSupport onboarding and training on Advirtis's paid media standards and processesSkills10+ years of hands-on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads management experience requiredYou must have managed a high volume of accounts at once — think 20-40+ active Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts simultaneouslyHave spent your career running paid media inside agencies, white-label providers, or platformsHave direct experience at a white-label marketing agency, or on the agency/channel-partner side of a platform like Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, or PinterestAre comfortable context-switching across a large portfolio of smaller accounts in a single dayWant a stable, full-time role with a clear system to plug intoDemonstrated experience managing a high-volume portfolio — 20-40+ active accounts at onceDeep, current knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and/or Meta Ads (Advantage+, Conversions, Catalog) campaign types and best practicesStrong analytical skills: comfortable diagnosing performance issues from data, not just dashboardsA track record of thriving inside an established operational system, SOPs, and team structureExcellent attention to detail; comfortable being a quality-control checkpoint for others' workClear, concise communication skills, written and verbal, for both internal and occasional client-facing contextsProficiency with ClickUp and standard reporting tools (Looker Studio, native platform dashboards, etc.)Availability during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ESTExternal communication (clients/vendors, when applicable): response within 2 hours during business hoursInternal communication: response within 1 hour during business hoursPTO requests submitted at least 2 weeks in advance with a clear coverage planFully remote, with a schedule aligned to standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST)This is a dedicated, full-time role — we expect your full attention during business hours, without competing client work, side businesses, or freelance obligationsGoogle Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certificationsPrior experience at a white-label digital marketing agencyExperience on the agency/channel-partner side of platforms like Reddit, Pinterest, or Microsoft AdsExperience mentoring or QA-ing the work of junior specialistsBenefitsAdvirtis contributes 30% toward the employee's monthly premium for an Advirtis-sponsored health insurance plan, with the remaining premium deducted from pay.
