[Remote] Senior Oracle ERP Analyst

Driven Brands Inc. is North America's largest automotive services company, seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Analyst to maintain and support financial modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite. The role involves providing application support, project management, and continuous improvement projects to optimize Oracle Cloud ERP Services for the company's operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide primary level of support to Oracle Cloud ERP applications across all the financials modules including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, Projects, FA, Collections, and Bill ManagementLead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Financials modules to newly acquired companiesEngage and actively participate in the ongoing Oracle Cloud Financials implementation projectPartner with customers business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentArchitect solution options considering Oracle Financials’ capabilities to address business requirements and business pain pointsEnsure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementationLead the hands-on configuration in all modules of Oracle Financials (GL, FA, AP, AR, Projects, etc.) and work with key stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirementsLead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and ExtensionsCollaborate with internal and external including offshore IT and business teams for application maintenance, production support, quarterly patch testing, and process improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration7+ years of Oracle ERP experience required5+ years of implementation experience of (or at least 2 full cycle projects implementing and supporting) Oracle Fusion Cloud – Financials Cloud applications is requiredExperience in working with Oracle Cloud Projects Accounting is requiredExperience in configuring Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules for various sub ledgers in Oracle Cloud FinancialsWorking knowledge of custom objects in Oracle Environment including forms, reports, workflows etcGood knowledge of accounting principles and knowledgeExcellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situationsAbility to perform SQL queries and have knowledge of backend table structuresExperience in working with Oracle EPM is preferredBenefitsDriven Brands offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.Get early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program.Company OverviewDriven Brands™, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the largest automotive services company in North America, providing a range of consumer and commercial automotive needs, including paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil change, maintenance and car wash.
