The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing solutions, and leading a team of engineers in a professional services environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Sales Engineering presentations and supporting materialsAssist in creating and/or responding to Bill-of-Materials (BOM) and Statements of Work (SOW)Plan and design solutions for multi-vendor Data Center SolutionsBe available as a pre-sales resource for sales team members, as necessaryServe as an escalation point for Engineers, Sr. Engineers and ConsultantsTroubleshoot complex technology issuesAssess Customer environment and make recommendations on solutions and improvementsEscalate issues to other team members and subject matter experts, as necessaryProvide deployment and implementation services of multi-vendor solutions in a Data Center environmentBe available to meet customers’ IT needsMeet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologiesLead a team of engineers on a professional services projectsMaintain multiple advanced manufacturer specific advanced certifications. i.e.: CCIE, R/S.
