[Remote] Senior Mortgage Loan Processor - Central Time Zone

Willow Processing is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage the full mortgage loan lifecycle from application to closing. The role involves ensuring all loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with various guidelines while providing a smooth experience for borrowers and brokers. Responsibilities • Review loan files to verify required documents are accurate and complete before underwriting. • Manage and track loans through ARIVE or LendingPad mortgage software. • Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs. • Audit files for quality and prepare them to meet closing objectives. • Communicate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues. Skills • Must be Located in the Central Time Zone • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience. • Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans. • Experience with wholesale/broker loans required. • Familiarity with wholesale lender portals required. • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
