We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Benefits Representative to join our remote team, working with a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless access to medical benefits and medications.
Position Overview:
Competitive Compensation: $17/hour, paid weekly, plus comprehensive benefits package
Flexible Schedule: 8am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday (8-hour shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided: All necessary equipment will be provided for remote work
Start Date: Immediate openings available, with ASAP start date
Company: Workwarp, a leading provider of remote workforce solutions
Location: Remote, with a requirement to live in the state of Kentucky or surrounding cities
Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Medical Benefits Representative, you will:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare professionals, and carriers
Conduct medical benefits investigations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilize computer skills for data entry, gathering, and reviewing patient billing and medical information
Operate in accordance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and regulations
Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Medical Benefits experience (no exceptions)
Medical Call Center experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to multi-task, use dual monitors, and maintain a high level of productivity
Excellent work attitude, willingness to help others, and strong communication skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must live in the state of Kentucky or surrounding cities to be considered
