Dutech Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Medicaid Data Architect to lead the design and optimization of enterprise data architecture solutions for Medicaid programs and healthcare operations. The role involves establishing data architecture standards, leading data-driven initiatives, and ensuring high-quality data assets for informed decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise data architecture strategies, standards, frameworks, and best practicesDesign and oversee large-scale Medicaid data warehouse solutions supporting claims, encounters, provider, member, and clinical assessment dataLead data architecture initiatives focused on data integration, data quality, metadata management, reference data management, and master data management (MDM)Define and document enterprise data models, data flows, business rules, data relationships, and governance processesCollaborate with business stakeholders, program leaders, analysts, and technical teams to align data solutions with organizational objectivesEstablish and monitor data quality standards, controls, and metrics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliabilityLead efforts to transform the organization into a data-driven culture by promoting data governance and data literacy practicesDesign and implement data acquisition strategies supporting data warehouse, MDM, and performance management systemsSupport reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and performance measurement initiativesEvaluate emerging data technologies and recommend solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and governanceProvide leadership and mentorship to data management, analytics, and architecture teamsEnsure compliance with healthcare, Medicaid, and regulatory reporting requirementsCollaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex data concepts and solutions effectivelySkills12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, or Enterprise Information ManagementExtensive knowledge of data architecture principles, frameworks, standards, and best practicesStrong experience with business processes, data flows, data relationships, data governance, and data quality management10+ years of experience working with Medicaid data, including provider claims, encounters, member movements, and clinical assessment data8+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Medicaid Data Warehouses8+ years of experience with: Reference Data Management, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Enterprise Data GovernanceExperience leading enterprise data transformation initiatives and promoting a data-driven cultureExcellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skillsExperience designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutionsExperience with healthcare, public health, insurance, or government data environmentsAbility to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related fieldCertified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification preferredExperience with enterprise analytics, business intelligence, and performance management platformsCompany OverviewDutech Systems Inc.
