[Remote] Senior Marketing Operations Manager

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the systems and processes that power their marketing efforts, ensuring campaign execution, lead management, and performance insights are effectively handled.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize our marketing tech stack, including Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and integration toolsOversee email marketing infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and strong deliverabilityBuild and maintain integrations across tools (e.g., Zapier, AI tools like Claude, internal systems)Design and optimize lead routing logic across inbound channels (web, campaigns, events)Ensure leads are accurately captured, enriched, and routed to the right teams in a timely mannerPartner with Sales and RevOps to continuously improve lead flow and conversionSupport Demand Generation by enabling campaign setup, tracking, and performance measurementEnsure clean attribution and reporting across campaigns and channelsTroubleshoot campaign performance issues and identify optimization opportunitiesPartner with Web/Engineering (e.g., Vercel) and SEO stakeholders to ensure proper tracking and lead captureDiagnose and fix breakdowns in the lead journey from form submission to CRM entryBuild scalable processes for capturing and routing leads from events (virtual and in-person)Ensure timely follow-up and accurate attribution of event-sourced pipelineOwn marketing data hygiene and reporting infrastructureBuild dashboards and workflows that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and pipeline contributionIdentify inefficiencies and proactively design solutions to streamline workflowsLeverage automation and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and scale across marketing operationsSkills5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environmentDeep expertise in Marketo or HubSpot, and strong working knowledge of SalesforceProven experience designing and managing lead routing and lifecycle workflowsHands-on experience with marketing integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs)Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reportingExperience supporting web tracking, SEO, and lead capture flowsFamiliarity with modern data and tooling ecosystems (e.g., Vercel or similar platforms)Comfort working with AI tools and integrations (e.g., Claude) and a curiosity to experiment with new technologiesHighly self-motivated with a track record of owning projects end-to-endStrong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and EngineeringExperience in event marketing operations and lead capture workflowsBackground in scaling marketing systems at an early- to mid-stage companyExperience improving email deliverability and infrastructureBenefitsWe’re remote-first with team members across Canada and the U.S., offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.Company OverviewBioRender develops a science visualization platform for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
