They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated, data-driven marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and drive demand among life sciences professionals globally.
Responsibilities
⢠Owning integrated campaigns end-to-end (demand gen, thought leadership, events) - planning, launching, optimizing
⢠Using data (GA4, HubSpot, SEO platforms and AI insights) to improve performance and pipeline impact
⢠Growing and sharpening our ICP segmentation with Sales + Marketing Ops (intent, behavior, roles/functions)
⢠Improving SEO performance tied to demand gen and content engagement
⢠Creating and shaping content - short + long form - with SMEs and external contributors
⢠Supporting virtual and in-person events, including targeting, personalization, and ROI analysis
⢠Keeping our messaging consistent across touchpoints
Skills
⢠7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (campaigns, demand gen, content, thought leadership, SEO)
⢠Strong experience with HubSpot + GA4 + enterprise SEO tools
⢠Comfortable turning performance data into clear recommendations and action
⢠Confident using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Surfer SEO) to work smarter and improve outcomes
⢠4+ years recent WordPress experience
⢠Bonus points for PharmaTech/HealthTech experience
⢠ABM familiarity
⢠Canva
⢠Global marketing
