[Remote] Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, AI & Data
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tilt is a dynamic, high-growth fintech startup that is revolutionizing the credit system through machine learning-powered solutions. The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will spearhead AI and data advancements to enhance marketing capabilities and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
• Drive Growth With AI: Leverage intellectual curiosity to explore the intersection of marketing strategy and emerging AI capabilities, creating groundbreaking solutions that transform the speed, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our marketing
• Strengthen Data Effectiveness: Utilize advanced technical acumen to lead the development of a high-performance data ecosystem, including production-worthy data pipelines, robust attribution architecture, decision engines, and tools to support marketing performance
• Ensure Analytical Rigor: Exhibit grit by diving deep into data nuances, ensuring expert analysis, and synthesizing complex data challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes for the broader team
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Credit: Align analytics with acquisition strategies to target high-quality leads while maintaining compliance. Product: Enhance customer onboarding and engagement through data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and user experience. Data Infrastructure/BI Team: Build and maintain robust data systems to ensure high-quality analytics and reporting, supporting scalable marketing operations
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years in financial services or related industry, with deep expertise in analytics and data science principals
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, automation and modeling techniques
• Proven ability in power analytics to solve complex problems, unlock novel insights, and ensure data integrity through nuanced analysis
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills paired with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading key data functions at a bank, fintech, or related industry
