The Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions is responsible for supporting and growing the Treasury & Cash Management capabilities, managing SAP Treasury systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance treasury processes.ResponsibilitiesWork with business leads to seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivityResearch solutions (process, technology, data) to evaluate deficiencies and identify areas of improvementsBuild/Define business processes for the Treasury CapabilityGain project management experience across planning and execution phases of initiativeServe as a solution owner for a dedicate application/ business process areaAdhere to audit standards for the applications supportedBe the end to end GTS solution manager of key Treasury applications ranging from operational run activities to solution improvementsPartner with business and other solution managers to develop the appropriate roadmap of activities including operational support, minor/major changes and new implementationsLead discussions on treasury management processes, cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and investment management, utilizing system capabilitiesHave strong hands on working knowledge of SAP Treasury Cash Management & FSCM core capabilities (e.g.-house banks setup, payment program, electronic bank statement processing with auto clearing, cash & liquidity planning, in house cash, payments on behalf of, intercompany settlements, FX hedging, etc..)Experience working with Treasury Management System (e.g Kyriba), and collaborate with TMS provider and Treasury team in developing and implementing new functions and connecting with ERP systemServe as primary solution architect for Treasury ensuring a holistic scalable solutionGain exposure to technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsMaintain and improve management plans for projects, with attention to transparent communication at all levelsAccountable for specific activities/applications within the Audit process formalizing procedures and service as point of contactPerform, evaluate, and communicate through various stages of initiativesDetermine and develop user requirements for systems in productionBe involved in various stages of an initiative: analyzing existing processes and designing, through delivering and integrating the solutionsCollaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skillsLead project work from origination through deliveryPerforming application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs)Collect and conduct gap business requirements and software to drive fit/gap analysisCreating functional requirements as an input to application designAssisting with build, test, and deploy activitiesPerforming testing workManagement of vendor resources and prioritization of initiativesPartnering with Business + GTS colleagues on prioritizationsDriving implementation of new technologies (from business intake, RFP, vendor selection, consulting environment7+ years of experience with systems integrations, implementations and interactive designs7+ years of experience in the systems and software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and implementationSAP Treasury & Cash Management expertise (with FSCM knowledge)Strong understanding of the Treasury domainExperience working with Treasury Management System (e.g Kyriba)Ability to develop/executing roadmaps and enhancing capabilities in partnership with business stakeholdersExperience in project management across planning and execution experience: requirements, design, build, test, deployPrevious Consulting or client service delivery experience preferredExperience with requirements analysis, testing and end user trainingStrong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including VisioProven capabilities in project and user-testing managementExtensive experience with data visualizationHighly proficient technical
