The Senior Manager, Strategic Rideshare Operations & Growth will lead efforts to build and optimize a driver network, focusing on marketplace growth, compliance, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize the end-to-end driver funnel, including sourcing, signup, credentialing, activation, and retentionIdentify and activate high-value rideshare channels, existing NEMT drivers, and local recruitsDesign and execute recruiting experiments across events, outreach, referrals, and incentive structuresTranslate driver objections, drop-off points, and churn insights into improvements across onboarding, communications, and supportDevelop market-specific playbooks for low-density environments focused on trust, earnings predictability, and route qualityEvaluate and prioritize markets, neighborhoods, and driver segments for launch and scaleBuild and refine operating playbooks across onboarding, credentialing, training, dispatch, ride execution, and payoutsPartner with Credentialing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness across marketsCollaborate with Product and Strategy to improve systems including Salesforce workflows, routing logic, and driver experienceHelp shape pricing, route design, acceptance rules, and support flows to meet reliability and unit economics goalsDevelop scalable SOPs to transition IDN from pilot to broader rolloutIdentify operational gaps early and implement solutions before they scaleSpend time in-market to understand driver behavior, local dynamics, and route feasibilityBuild relationships with drivers and community partners while influencing without direct authorityBring field insights into strategic decisions on recruiting, onboarding, routing, and retentionOperate effectively in ambiguity, balancing speed with sound judgment in a regulated healthcare environmentContribute to IDN organizational design, hiring, and workflow development as the network growsOwn key marketplace metrics including funnel conversion, driver activation, ride completion, retention, and member experienceUse data and field insights to improve supply efficiency, route quality, and driver satisfactionRapidly test hypotheses, run experiments, and codify learnings into repeatable playbooksStay current on marketplace and contractor network best practices to improve performance and scalabilitySkills5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, city/regional operations, launch operations, supply growth, or similar high-ownership rolesProven experience building or scaling a distributed workforce, contractor network, or partner ecosystemDemonstrated ownership of acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation funnel metricsStrong analytical and operational judgment with experience using data, dashboards, and experimentation to drive decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across independent contractors and cross-functional teamsStrong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsWillingness to travel frequently and spend time in-market, particularly in TexasBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceExperience at marketplace or last-mile rideshare companies such as DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon, Via, or similarExperience in NEMT, healthcare transportation, or other regulated field operations environmentsExperience building market playbooks in low-density or hard-to-serve geographiesExperience operating in Texas markets such as Houston or San AntonioExperience using AI or external tools to solve operational challengesMilitary or SOF background paired with relevant post-military commercial operating experienceBenefitsRemote-first work environmentCompetitive compensationCareer growth and development opportunities in a mission-driven organizationAnnual bonus opportunitiesEquity optionsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO, paid company holidays, and paid parental leaveCompany OverviewSafeRide Health is a healthcare technology platform developer that aims to simplify medical services.
