[Remote] Senior Manager, Software Engineering

As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will oversee and manage the software development team, ensuring reliable software solutions are delivered on time and within budget for the customer-facing product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesManage the team of software engineers, leads and managers, providing leadership, mentorship, and career developmentEnsure the team has the resources, guidance, and support necessary to perform at a high levelOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects across all software engineering teamsCoordinate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, and allocate resources effectivelyEnsure proper resource allocation for new and sustaining development and for resolving Customer-impacting issuesCollaborate with principal engineers and architects to ensure that software design and implementation meet high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainabilityImplement training and best practices to drive continuous improvement of technical solutionsLead recruitment efforts to hire top engineering talentFacilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are quickly integrated into the team and productiveBuild team of high-ownership engineers and managersLeader of continuous improvement initiatives in the software development process, adopting best practices and tools to enhance team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
