They are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Intelligence & Operations to design and scale the operating system behind their go-to-market organization, focusing on revenue operations, systems strategy, and workflow automation.ResponsibilitiesServe as the strategic owner of HubSpot CRM and related GTM systems, designing scalable workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline reporting that support Sales and MarketingEliminate manual processes through automation, tooling, and systems optimizationImprove how leads flow, opportunities are managed, and customer data is used across the organizationEnsure our HubSpot architecture evolves alongside the business to support long-term growthIdentify and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work, partnering closely with GTM Engineering / Data teamsIncrease team effectiveness by improving how work is prioritized, executed, and measured across the revenue organizationContinuously evaluate emerging AI GTM capabilities and bring new sales / GTM tools to the businessBuild reporting and insights that give leaders actionable visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, conversion trends, and business performanceImprove data quality, governance, and reliability across systemsTranslate data into strategic recommendations that help leadership spot trends, risks, and opportunities earlierPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve alignment across the customer lifecycleSupport onboarding, enablement, documentation, and process adoption where neededSkills5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational roleDeep hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, including architecture, workflows, automation, lifecycle management, and reportingExperience designing and improving scalable operational processes that drive business efficiencyDemonstrated success leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows, execution, or business operationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skillsAbility to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-onExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience in SaaS and/or high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with modern GTM, operational, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gong, Clay, Zapier, Make, Apollo, n8n, or similar platformsHubSpot certificationsStrong project management and process optimization experienceBenefitsMedical: In Tandem pays 100% of the premium for employees AND 99% for all additional family members401k: Up to a 4% match with immediate vestingPaid leave for all new parentsLearning & Development stipend for employeesPaid Time Off: 11 Holidays + Winter Break (3 Days) + Volunteer Time Off (1 Day) + Floating Holiday (1 Day)Personal Time Off: 15 days for 0-1 years of employment, 20 days 1-3 years of employmentSupportive and flexible working environment – work from anywhere!Company OverviewIn Tandem provides software tools for family organization, communication, and custody management through a technology platform.
