They are seeking a Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology to lead the development and lifecycle of their recruiting technology ecosystem, focusing on user-centered product design and collaboration across various teams to deliver impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all of recruitingConduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify and quantify opportunities for AI and Agent innovationDevelop and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityStay up to date with technology advancements and industry trendsEngage with customers to gather feedback, understand difficulties, and find opportunities for new features and capabilitiesServe as the primary Tech POC for the full recruiter & candidate journey — job creation & discovery, application, assessment, interviewing & scheduling, offer and moreWork closely with Engineering, Recruiting COE, ES Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research and UX Design teams to drive the product development process from ideation to deliveryPartner with Salesforce's Responsible AI office to ensure all agentic use cases receive appropriate approvalsEngage with Change Management, Communications and stakeholder operational teams to ensure successful product launches and adoptionManage and monitor recruiting technology vendor relationships including renewals, roadmap alignment, and performance trackingPresent product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to executives and stakeholdersDefine key performance indicators (critical metrics) and measure product performanceUse data and analytics to drive product decisions and improve user experienceEnsure ethical considerations in AI development and monitor for potential biases in modelsOwn the product roadmap for Salesforce's core recruiting platforms including Workday Recruiting, CRM and moreManage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to testing & launch, post-launch monitoring, and iterationPrioritize features, create detailed user stories, and define clear product requirements in partnership with Business Analyst teamCoordinate product releases and work with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverySkills5-8+ years of product management experience in HR or Recruiting TechProven track record of managing products from conception to launchExperience working with business operations and leadership, engineers, and designers to deliver product solutionsFamiliarity with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, and recruiting assessment platformsBachelor's degree or related experienceAbility to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly product requirementsStrong cross-functional influencing skills — able to partner with engineering, HR leadership, legal, and operationsBusiness acumen including building business cases and quantifying results with business contextExperience working in AI product spaces; comfort defining requirements for agentic and generative AI use casesComfortable working in ambiguity, managing multiple work-streams simultaneously, and operating in a detail-oriented environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projectsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and toolsStrong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisionsDemonstrated ability to manage vendor relationshipsDeep hands-on experience with Workday RecruitingSolid understanding of AI concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI / Large Language Models, recommendation systems, etcKnowledge of ethical AI principles and practicesBenefitsCertain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.Company OverviewSalesforce is a cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management software and applications.
