[Remote] Senior Manager, Project Management

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to oversee the Project Management Office and delivery of product and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment and effective adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive PMO responsible for strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiativesDevelop organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards and behaviors for effective coordination and prioritization of projectsImprove the success rates, learn from past mistakes, make processes more efficient with clear documentation and learningsLead change management strategy for enterprise projects, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness planning, and adoption measurementDevelop and execute communication, training, and engagement plansPartner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change risks, address resistance, and build alignmentEstablish repeatable change management practices to support consistent adoption and continuous improvement across the organizationLead cross-functional project teams, identify systems and processes to drive operational excellence, and support internal stakeholders to ensure they are delivering for our partnersDevelop strong rapport with internal stakeholders to promote service improvements and prioritize new feature enhancements based on partner and team needsCoordinate testing of implementation, conduct training, and facilitate communication and alignment across teamsDevelop new approaches to address barriers to operational excellenceDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and spending plans to ensure initiatives are delivered within approved financial parametersPartner with Finance, procurement, and project stakeholders to support financial planning, contract tracking, invoice review, and budget reportingUse project and financial data to inform priorities, optimize investments, and improve fiscal accountability across the portfolioSkillsDemonstrated leadership in large-scale project design, product delivery, and executionAbility to translate strategy into clear, actionable plansCommitment to a collaborative, team-oriented environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and motivational skills with a consistent record of resultsAbility to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives across partners, processes, and systemsAbility to influence stakeholders across functions and levelsAbility to lead operational initiatives across teams and drive change effectivelyStrong technology fluencyExperience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other CRM and ERP systemsCommitment to Tides' vision, mission, and approach7 years of direct experience and relevant bachelor's degree; or 9 years of relevant experience. 3 years of experience must be in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacityPMP or Agile certification is strongly preferredMBA degree or comparable years or relevant experience preferredExperience in change management across complex organizationsExperience leading and successfully delivering team engagements that require identification, prioritization, design, and implementation of scalable solutionsCompany OverviewTides is a nonprofit and philanthropic organization committed to advancing social justice.
