They are seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, focusing on operational transformation and internal consulting.ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of concurrent projects, typically balancing one or two large, high-impact initiatives alongside smaller effortsLeading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, legal, and operations teamsDriving both traditional project efforts (e.g., product launches, migrations) and operational transformation initiatives focused on improving systems and processesBuilding structure, reporting, and visibility through tools like Smartsheet, including dashboards and automated workflowsPartnering with stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and drive outcomes across complex initiativesIdentifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance organizational efficiencyNavigating ambiguity and proactively creating clarity in environments with limited documentation or established processesSkillsExperience in project or program management within a healthcare, healthcare technology, or broader technical environmentStrong ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure in rapidly evolving situationsExperience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teamsHands-on experience using Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, or automationExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes across several concurrent initiativesExperience in project or program management (or consulting) within a healthcare, healthcare technology, or broader technical environment, paired with strong cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teamsProven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and build structure while managing multiple concurrent initiativesHands-on experience with Smartsheet, including building dashboards, reporting, and automation, with a background in consulting or transformation-oriented work preferredBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, bonus structure, generous HSA company contribution, healthcare, vision, dental benefits and a 401k match program that you can take advantage of on day one!We offer unlimited PTO for salaried associates + 9 paid holidays.
