ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is looking for a Senior Manager, People Systems & Operations to oversee the organization's integrated People technology and operations ecosystem. This role combines People Systems, People Operations, governance, compliance, and technology strategy, ensuring cohesive employee experience through scalable processes and optimized technology investments.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the organization's integrated People technology stack, including:Workday HRISServiceNow People Operations environmentAI-enabled employee support and automation roadmapPeople systems governance and change managementData architecture and reporting foundationContingent workforce infrastructureCompliance, security, and risk managementDevelop and execute the People Systems & Operations roadmap aligned to organizational objectives and People strategy prioritiesTranslate business requirements into scalable technology and service solutionsPrioritize and manage competing initiatives across Workday, ServiceNow, and future AI capabilitiesManage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and investment ROIMaintain visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and resource allocationServe as the executive owner of the Workday tenant and overall HRIS strategyLead business process design, configuration governance, security architecture, and release managementEstablish and maintain SOX-compliant security controls and role-based access frameworksGovern HR systems change management, approvals, testing, and deployment processesOversee contingent worker processes and workforce data integrityPartner with internal and external resources to drive Workday optimization and adoptionLead the design and optimization of the People Operations service delivery modelOwn ServiceNow architecture, workflows, routing logic, escalations, and SLA managementDevelop scalable employee and manager support processesIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery through automation and process enhancementsDrive continuous improvement through operational metrics and service analyticsDevelop the business case and roadmap for AI-enabled employee support capabilitiesEvaluate and recommend AI technologies and vendor solutionsDesign future-state automation strategies focused on employee self-service and support deflectionLead implementation, governance, adoption, and performance measurement of AI-enabled solutionsEstablish controls, governance standards, and escalation frameworks for AI-assisted support modelsEstablish data governance standards and ensure data integrity across People systemsBuild scalable reporting and analytics capabilities that support strategic decision-makingPartner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver meaningful workforce insightsIdentify opportunities to improve employee experiences through automation, analytics, and process optimizationMaintain accountability for HR systems compliance, security, privacy, and audit readinessEnsure adherence to SOX, GDPR, I-9, and applicable employment regulationsLead access reviews, controls testing, risk mitigation efforts, and compliance auditsServe as the primary escalation point for HR systems governance and compliance mattersManage vendor governance, contract oversight, and technology risk managementPartner with HR leaders to deliver scalable self-service capabilities and workforce insightsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendationsSupport organizational change management and technology adoption effortsDrive user training, system enablement, and operational excellence across HR teamsRecruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing People Systems & Operations teamEstablish clear standards, documentation practices, and operational disciplineCreate development plans and growth opportunities for team membersFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service deliverySkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, People Operations, HR Technology, or related functions3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiativesDeep expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, security, governance, and reportingExperience managing ServiceNow or similar service management platformsStrong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes and HR operationsExperience leading enterprise-scale HR technology implementations and optimization initiativesKnowledge of SOX controls, GDPR requirements, change management, and HR compliance frameworksProven ability to lead technology strategy, vendor management, and process transformation initiativesStrong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skillsOccasionally come to Headquarters office in Salt Lake City, UtahWorkday certifications and advanced Workday administration experienceExperience supporting global HR operationsExperience evaluating and implementing AI-powered HR technologiesFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologiesExperience building HR service delivery models and shared services organizationsBackground in workforce
