They are seeking a Senior Manager, Organic Growth to drive their organic acquisition efforts through SEO and emerging discovery platforms, partnering with various teams to execute high-impact initiatives.ResponsibilitiesExecute against organic growth priorities by shipping high-impact work across content-driven and technical SEO, AEO, and other emerging discovery channelsOwn the end-to-end execution of initiatives, scoping, launching, measuring, and iterating on content, pages, and experimentsTranslate priorities into clear tasks and a prioritized backlog of high-impact workPartner with Creative, Content, and Clinical teams and external resources to ensure work is delivered accurately and on timeIdentify and implement technical and on-site improvements in partnership with web development agencyUse AI tools (e.g., AirOps, Claude) to increase speed, scale output, and improve workflows while maintaining a high quality barTrack performance using SEO/AEO and BI tools, using data to inform iteration and improve results over timeMaintain a consistent cadence of shipped work, proactively unblocking issues and driving initiatives forwardApply strong judgment in execution, flagging issues and proposing better approaches when appropriateSkills6–9+ years of experience in growth marketing, with deep, hands-on experience in SEO/AEO for customer acquisitionA strong track record of shipping high-quality work consistentlyExperience working directly in SEO/AEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Profound, and Screaming FrogProven ability to execute within a defined strategy and translate priorities into deliverablesExperience leveraging AI tools (e.g. Claude, AirOps) to accelerate execution, with strong quality judgmentStrong bias toward MVP thinking and iterative execution, where appropriateAbility to balance execution with critical thinking, questioning and improving as neededComfort operating in ambiguity, with good judgment on when to seek inputExperience working cross-functionally to get work shipped without direct authorityExperience leveraging agencies or freelancers to scale outputStrong attention to detail and ownership over qualityStrong analytical skills, with experience using BI toolsExperience in a high-growth, consumer, and/or content-driven businessBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401K with matchGenerous PTO plus paid holidaysPaid parental leaveAnd more!Company OverviewTalkiatry provides virtual mental healthcare services covered by insurance, connecting patients with licensed psychiatrists.
