[Remote] Senior Manager - Office of the CFO Finance Transformation

The role involves leading finance transformation engagements, advising CFOs on operating model evolution, and implementing digital solutions to enhance finance operations.

Responsibilities
• Lead transformation workstreams or medium-to-large client engagements
• Design future-state operating models and finance process enhancements
• Deliver digital finance solutions
• Serve as a strategic advisor to finance leaders on transformation strategy and execution
• Oversee project delivery, team performance, and quality assurance
• Mentor junior consultants and managers, developing talent across the practice
• Contribute to business development efforts—proposals, presentations, and solutioning
• Help evolve internal methodologies and thought leadership in finance effectiveness

Skills
• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation / strategy consulting (Big 4 or top-tier consulting background essential)
• Proven leadership in finance operations, shared services, or process improvement
• Familiarity with enabling technologies—ERP, EPM, automation, data & analytics
• Track record of successful project delivery and executive stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership capabilities
