This role involves designing and analyzing research studies to inform improvements to audience experience, collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable insights, and advancing professional expertise in the insights field.ResponsibilitiesConduct Insights Research & Drive Business Outcomes – Lead the design, execution, and analysis of research studies to generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes within the area of responsibility. Integrate and analyze quantitative, qualitative, and AI-powered data sources, leverage feedback platforms, and translate complex data into impactful visualizations and compelling stories that inform and influence decision-making. Provide actionable recommendations to business owners, advocate for the audience’s point of view, and lead journey mapping initiatives to ensure a holistic understanding of experiences across relevant touchpoints. (60%)Drive Strategic Consultation & Communication – Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners, translating challenges into research requirements and proactively identifying research needs to ensure decisions are grounded in deep human-centered understanding. Influence stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning and execution within the area of responsibility. (15%)Enhance Stakeholder Communication & Influence – Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels. (5%)SkillsBachelor's DegreeMaster's degree in marketing research, Psychology, Decision Science5 years successful experience in hands-on marketing research and data analysis experience2 years of leading cross-functional initiatives/teamsStrong analytical, qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives and inspire innovative solutionsIn-depth hands-on experience of market research techniques (focus groups, IDIs, online surveys, etc.), survey design, sampling plans, analysis, discussion guide creation, qual and quant research data analysis, data visualizationExcellent critical thinking skills.
