The Senior Manager, Marketing Performance, will build marketing measurement and analytics capabilities to assess marketing impacts and provide insights for decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesHelp build Shipt’s marketing measurement and analytics capability to measure the short and long-term impacts of marketing, deliver clear tracking and reporting, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making across the marketing organizationPlay a critical role in implementing a Marketing Mix Model program to support annual planning, quarterly forecasting and weekly investment optimizations throughout the yearServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for Shipt’s MMM platform, managing data integrity, quality validation, and continuous improvementEstablish clear links between marketing activity, team goals /KPIs, and business outcomes to ensure reporting frameworks support accountability and decision-making across all channelsLead modeling and analysis to connect marketing investments to revenue and business outcomes and conduct simulations to forecast the business impact of proposed marketing changes and integrate learnings into annual planning and budget cyclesAnalyze campaign and channel performance data on weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences to uncover key trends, risks and opportunitiesTranslate cross-channel analysis into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations as the point person for this toolDrive improvements in measuring marketing effectiveness across Paid, Owned and Earned marketing activities and campaignsPartner closely with channel and campaign owners to define success metrics and align performance measurement with strategic goalsDeliver actionable, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations through standardized reports and scorecards to ensure simplicity and clarity for all stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to customize views by audience, including custom reporting for marketplace retail partnersSkillsYou have 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles within a matrixed organizationCampaign Performance AnalysisCollaborationCommunicationMarketing AttributionMarket Mix Modeling (MMM)ROI ModelingBenefitsEmployees (and eligible family members) are covered by medical, dental, vision and more.Employees may enroll in our company’s 401k plan.Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave.Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.Company OverviewShipt is a grocery delivery service that lets members order groceries and alcohol from their local store for delivery right to their door.
