The role involves engaging and retaining customers through various marketing channels, while optimizing customer journeys and driving revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesManaging lifecycle marketing programs across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clientsSupporting the development and execution of customer journey strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivationServing as a strategic partner to client stakeholders by providing recommendations informed by performance data and lifecycle best practicesLeading regular reporting, campaign reviews, and performance discussions with clientsIdentifying opportunities to improve lifecycle performance through segmentation, automation, personalization, and testingDesigning and optimizing lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, direct mail, and emerging channelsBuilding scalable segmentation, personalization, and automation strategiesBuilding and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, nurture, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back programs, and moreSupporting clients in expanding and optimizing their lifecycle marketing and automation programsEnsuring best practices in deliverability, compliance, consent management, and data governanceDeveloping and executing testing plans across messaging, creative, audience segments, and campaign cadenceMonitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunitiesCreating recurring reports and presenting key insights and recommendations to clientsTracking lifecycle KPIs, including engagement, conversion, retention, and revenueMonitoring deliverability and account reputation in-line with CAN-SPAM & GDPRLeveraging AI capabilities to streamline processes and develop new strategic ideasWorking hands-on in ESP platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Hubspot, SFMC, or others (weβre platform agnostic)Partnering with analytics, engineering, paid media, and data teams to improve audience targeting, journey orchestration, and measurementSkills4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation using platforms such as SFMC, Pardot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, etcExperience executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across multiple stages of the customer journeyStrong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, retention, and loyalty strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive mindsetExperience contributing to lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growthExperience managing client relationships and presenting campaign performance and recommendationsExperience with web analytics (GA4, etc) and setting up UTM trackingAbility to hit the ground running and pick up new skillsBenefitsRemote-first cultureUnlimited PTOExtended Holiday break (Winter)Flexible schedules100% paid parental leave401(k) matchingMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Pet InsuranceSponsored life insuranceShort Term Disability insurance and additional voluntary insuranceAnnual Class Pass credits and more!Company OverviewWpromote is an online marketing firm specializing in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
