The Juice Plus+ Company is seeking a data-driven Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Search to lead their growth initiatives in Paid Media and Organic Search. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through performance marketing strategies, enhancing search visibility, and collaborating with various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the paid media strategy and performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and Connected TVDrive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and lead generation through full-funnel media strategies aligned to annual business objectivesManage agency partners responsible for campaign execution, optimization, testing, and performance reportingDrive performance against key KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, CVR, CAC, AOV, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition targetsDevelop testing roadmaps focused on audiences, messaging, offers, creative themes, landing page experiences, and campaign structureTranslate channel insights into actionable recommendations for Social, CRM, Creative, and Commercial teams, ensuring marketing investments and content priorities are informed by performance dataPartner with Social and Creative teams to identify content opportunities, audience insights, and messaging strategies that improve acquisition and conversion performanceSupport customer acquisition, Partner lead generation, and recruitment initiatives through targeted campaigns aligned to key business priorities and seasonal moments throughout the yearPartner with Sales, Field Development, and Commercial teams to support lead generation and recruitment objectives while maintaining a primary focus on customer growth and revenue generationSupport platform integrations and operational initiatives that improve campaign performance, audience targeting, reporting visibility, and marketing effectivenessIdentify emerging growth opportunities across creator commerce, affiliate marketing, referral programs, TikTok Shop, and new acquisition channelsMaintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital advertising landscape, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and competitive advantageOwn the global SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy in partnership with specialist agency partnersDrive improvements in organic search visibility, rankings, traffic, and revenueDevelop strategies that improve Juice Plus+ visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI-powered search experiencesLead SEO initiatives spanning technical optimization, content strategy, authority building, and search experience improvementsPartner with PR, Communications, and Content teams to strengthen authority signals, citations, backlinks, expert content, and third-party credibilityMonitor competitor activity, search trends, and emerging AI search developmentsTranslate keyword, search, and audience intelligence into content opportunities that support acquisition, education, and authority-building objectivesEnsure agency roadmaps align with broader business priorities and annual growth plansIdentify opportunities to improve search visibility across key health, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle categories relevant to the Juice Plus+ portfolioServe as the primary day-to-day partner for Paid Media and SEO agency teams, fostering strong collaboration and alignment against shared business objectivesCollaborate with agency partners to establish channel priorities, optimization opportunities, reporting cadences, and annual growth plansWork closely with agency teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and ensure channel strategies support broader business goalsPartner closely with Social, CRM, Creative, PR, Commercial, and IT teams to align channel priorities, campaign execution, and growth initiativesSupport content planning and creative development by providing audience insights, search trends, and performance recommendationsContribute to annual planning, budget discussions, and strategic growth initiatives across the marketing organizationFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and shared accountability across internal teams and agency partnersOwn monthly and quarterly business reviews for Paid Media and Organic Search performancePartner closely with the Performance Marketing Analyst and Analytics teams to leverage performance insights that inform channel strategy and investment decisionsTranslate channel performance trends into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersIdentify growth opportunities, performance risks, and optimization priorities across Paid Media and Organic SearchSupport annual planning, forecasting, and budget discussions through data-informed recommendationsMonitor competitive performance, search visibility trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for growthSupport executive reporting and strategic planning through clear, concise performance storytelling and recommendationsSkills5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, growth marketing, or digital acquisitionProven success managing paid media budgets and driving measurable revenue growthExperience managing agency relationships at both strategic and operational levelsStrong understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, and modern search optimization principlesExperience translating performance data into actionable marketing and business recommendationsHands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and enterprise SEO platforms, with a working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing reportingExperience supporting content strategy through audience, keyword, and performance insightsExperience within DTC, ecommerce, subscription, health and wellness, or direct selling businesses is highly desirableStrong commercial and analytical mindsetAbility to connect channel performance with business outcomesStrong understanding of digital acquisition strategies and customer journey optimizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong briefing capabilities with the ability to provide clear direction based on audience and performance insightsComfortable concepts and the ability to leverage analytics insights to inform channel strategy and optimization decisionsExperience with TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop, Connected TV, and emerging digital acquisition channelsUnderstanding of GEO, AEO, AI search optimization, and evolving search technologiesExperience working alongside analytics, BI, or data teams to support performance marketing
