They are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics to lead their internal data science and analytics function, partnering with various departments to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts supporting Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer ExperienceLead behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and product measurement efforts, helping teams understand customer behavior, evaluate product performance, and prioritize roadmap investmentsDevelop and maintain revenue forecasts, churn models, customer health scores, and account or opportunity scoring models used across the businessPartner with our data engineering team to manage our internal agentic data analytics platform, Smarty, supporting self-serve data access and analyticsDefine standards and best practices for analytics and data science, and refine operational frameworks to drive efficiency and scale across the teamSkills7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related quantitative field, including experience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong expertise in experimentation, forecasting, statistical analysis, and product or business analyticsAdvanced SQL skills and proficiency with Python or similar analytical toolsExperience defining metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytical approaches that support product, growth, and business decision-makingDemonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, influence strategy, and communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on analytical work when neededExperience working with modern analytics platforms and data warehouses, including Snowflake, dbt, and product analytics toolsBased in the Americas, remote-friendlyExperience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or subscription-based businessesBenefits100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family16 weeks paid parental leaveUnlimited PTOStipends for remote work and wellnessA professional development budgetCompany OverviewCustomer.io enables users to send newsletters to selected segments of customers using their website data.
