[Remote] Senior Manager Cash Operations Management & Compliance

This role will lead cash management operations, optimize working capital, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while driving process improvements across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash usageCollaborate closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams within GBS to identify and execute working capital initiativesAnalyze cash flow patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in payment and collection processes, driving DPO/DSO improvementsOversee the payment management function, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., SOX), and audit controlsManage vendor relationships related to expense systems and banking services, assessing performance and proactively recommending changesReview financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs across managed processesPrepare and present detailed financial analyses and reports related to cash, liquidity, and key expense metrics to senior leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations (e.g., GAAP, SOX)Develop an execution plan to deliver process performance improvements in collaboration with Global Process OwnersSuccessfully deliver multiple programs and projects that are key dependencies for the overall performance of the organizationManage the performance of all direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback, and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followedCommunicate and exemplify UL’s Vision and Mission.
