[Remote] Senior Manager, Business Consulting - Media and Entertainment

EPAM Systems is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for Business Consulting in the Media and Entertainment domain. This role involves leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic insights and solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and/or own workstreams and consulting engagements, develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, deliverables, and team activitiesManage client expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle; provide recommendations and alternative approaches to achieve client objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisorLead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions; develop and deliver high-quality client presentations and materialsAssess client challenges and define solution approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams (technology, delivery, domain experts)Design and optimize business processes and operating models aligned to client needsProactively identify risks, drive mitigation actions, and escalate appropriately when neededSupport account growth through participation in pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal developmentCollaborate with Client Partners and leadership on account planning, opportunity identification, and growth strategyContribute to positioning of EPAM capabilities, offerings, and accelerators within Media & EntertainmentSupport development of thought leadership, market insights, and domain expertise to strengthen practice positioningIdentify opportunities for expansion within existing engagements and accountsSkills7-12+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing delivery rolesProven track record of delivering end‑to‑end consulting engagements or workstreamsExperience working within a consulting firm or similar client services environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior client leadershipExperience in both delivery execution and pre-sales / solutioning activitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDeep expertise in one or more of the following areas is required: Media Supply Chain (content production, post-production, asset management, distribution, rights, workflow optimization); Data Solutions for Media & Entertainment (data platforms, audience analytics, personalization, content performance insights, data architecture); AdTech / Monetization Ecosystems (ad platforms, programmatic, targeting, measurement, revenue optimization)Strong understanding of broader M&E industry dynamics, including content providers, streaming platforms, sports, and digital media business modelsCompany OverviewEPAM leverages its core engineering expertise as a leading global product development and digital platform engineering services company.
