Remote Senior Litigation Attorney

Our client, a dynamic and growing technology firm, is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Litigation Attorney to lead their legal defense efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution, including electronic discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and business units, to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice. This role requires a deep understanding of civil procedure, evidence rules, and substantive areas of law relevant to the technology industry. You will be expected to conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and manage outside counsel effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to at least one state bar. A minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated experience in commercial litigation is essential, with a strong preference for experience in the technology sector. Proven success in managing complex discovery processes, particularly e-discovery, is required. Exceptional analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills are paramount. This remote role demands strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage a demanding caseload autonomously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with internal teams and external parties across various digital platforms.
