[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will support the GTM Industries legal team by providing transactional counsel for Healthcare customers, focusing on negotiation and drafting of various agreements while collaborating with sales teams and other internal departments.ResponsibilitiesDrive valuable technology transactions, which will include negotiation with customers and drafting of subscription, business associate, data processing and professional services agreements, assignments, amendments, and add on transactionsProvide proactive strategic advice and guidance to internal teams regarding business and legal issues and risks and support our sales team with bringing deals to a timely closeAssist in implementing legal efficiencies to support the Healthcare business unit and improve our contract processes and operations in that segmentHelp build and improve contract templates and negotiation playbooks and assist with providing internal training to sales, sales operations, contract operations, and the broader GTM legal team on how we build a frictionless customer contract experienceSkillsJ.D.
