[Remote] Senior Lease Administrator

The Senior Lease Administrator will manage lease documentation, ensure compliance with client standards, and facilitate communication between stakeholders while overseeing day-to-day operations for client accounts.ResponsibilitiesAbility to independently and accurately abstract and perform quality control reviews of lease documents, including updating and maintaining of lease data in applicable real estate management system(s)Independently ensure compliance with client SLAβs and/or CLA best practices, including proper entry into the CLA document workflow systemPerform timely and accurate document processing, ensuring compliance with lease-level requirements within timeframes required per contract and/or CLA standardsIdentify invoices that do/do not match the rent forecast and resolve exceptions, including, if necessary, interaction with Landlords and client in order to resolve issuesCommunicate with both internal and external stakeholders, including requests from clients and/or management; ability to interact with landlords and property managersComplete CPI /prorated rent adjustments and estoppel reviewsPerform desktop reviews of all operating expense reconciliations focusing on client savings opportunities and compliance with lease requirementsAssist with Client deliverables such as submission of monthly/quarterly/annual reports, including monthly non-financial and financial reports and rent recommendationsAbility to appropriately and proactively manage multiple priorities, including multiple clientsParticipate in and complete project work as assignedAssist manager with training of new team members on standard practices as well as client-specific practicesEstablish and maintain documented client procedures and protocol at onboarding and quarterly or as neededIndependently prepare, review and deliver internal / external reports and deliverables, as documented in procedures with analysis / footnotes; escalate new service requestsUpdate Internal Systems (Client Master Listing, BOX, DocLog etc.) monthly or as change dictatesSkillsExcellent communication skills. Capable of discussing issues that are more strategic and defend a position both verbally and in writing, and act as a resource in meetingsIntermediate math skills including ability to calculate CPI increases, percentage change, etc., some interpretive understandingIntermediate computer and database maintenance capabilitiesAbility to create necessary spreadsheets and documents with analysis in software (i.e., Excel)Can arrange and participate in meetings as required2-4 years experience in Lease AdministrationExperience with CoStar, ManagePath, Visual Lease, or other lease administration softwareCompany OverviewThe Dallas/Fort Worth Market is diverse, expansive and ever-changing.
