They are seeking a Marketing Analytics and Revenue Operations Senior Lead who will be responsible for driving insight generation across the B2B marketing organization and evaluating growth through marketing channels. This role involves overseeing a small team, providing recommendations, automating insights, and partnering with various teams to improve data flows and quality.ResponsibilitiesDriving insight generation across the B2B marketing organizationEvaluating how to accelerate business growth by analyzing performance across channels, audiences, and the full marketing funnelComparing performance across email, events, paid media, digital programs, and other B2B channelsIdentifying where the marketing organization should invest, optimize, or shift spend and providing regular insights to channel owners to improve efficiency and ROIOverseeing a small team of 1-3 analysts and senior analystsWorking directly with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, automate insights, and support data-driven decision-makingAutomating reporting and surfacing actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across CRM, marketing platforms, and data warehousesPartnering with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows, data models, and qualityReviewing API’s and data conformance, defining metadata strategies, and simplifying the output to communicate to the marketing teamsLeading analytics projects from start to finish, including developing attribution systems, building segmentation models, or evaluating performance across key marketing channelsShifting between business problems, from developing segmentation frameworks that support ABM, optimizing event strategy, digital marketing growth, content strategies, and integrated marketing/sales strategiesLeveraging LTV and cohort models to guide investment decisions and prioritizationDiagnosing funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending actions that improve conversion and revenue impactPresenting findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and senior stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional portfolio5+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analyticsProficiency in SQL and Power BI (required)Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (Marketo, CJA, Atlas, etc..)Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing, B2B funnels, and revenue dynamicsAbility to manage and mentor analytical talentExcellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity for diverse audiencesBenefitsThis position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.Kyndryl cares about your well-being and prides itself on offering benefits that give you choice, reflect the diversity of our employees and support you and your family through the moments that matter – wherever you are in your life journey.Our employee learning programs give you access to the best learning in the industry to receive certifications, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Skillsoft, and many more.Through our company-wide volunteering and giving platform, you can donate, start fundraisers, volunteer, and search over 2 million non-profit organizations.Company OverviewKyndryl is an information technology and services company.
