The role involves designing and maintaining scalable backend services, building cloud-native architectures, and ensuring the performance and reliability of eCommerce and POS systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring BootBuild and support cloud-native microservices architecturesDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven systemsWork on high-scale eCommerce and POS (Point of Sale) platformsEnsure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability for mission-critical servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationParticipate in architecture discussions and technical decision-makingSkills8+ years of software engineering experience in backend or distributed systemsStrong expertise in Java, Spring BootExperience building and operating microservices in productionHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong knowledge of REST APIs and event-driven architectureGood understanding of databases, caching mechanisms, and messaging systemsExperience working in eCommerce, delivery, fulfillment, or restaurant tech domainsExposure to POS systems (Point of Sale) is a strong plusFamiliarity with Docker and KubernetesExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, Terraform, etc.)Strong problem-solving and ownership mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPython experience (strong plus)Exposure to AI/ML tools or AI-driven systemsExperience in supporting high availability / low latency / SLA-driven systemsExperience in cloud architecture and infrastructure automationCompany OverviewAt Anagh Tech we offer easy solutions to all your technology needs.
