Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Guide and mentor a diverse team of technical and administrative professionals, fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
Formulate and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and issues, and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Oversee the design, installation, and implementation of network infrastructure standards to enhance technology integration.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee system reliability and availability.
Assess network performance continuously and identify areas for enhancement.
Required Skills
Active Secret security clearance.
Strong technical proficiency in data management, analysis, and advanced network technologies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve multifaceted issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience with DoD projects is advantageous.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
PMP certification.
At least 10 years of experience in computer and network project management support.
