[Remote] Senior IT Product Manager CISO

This role involves managing the internal IT Services product strategy and roadmap, working closely with engineers, and driving product lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesWorks with senior leaders to proactively determine solution needs and shortcomings within IT owned systems and services. Directs discussions with stakeholders and vendors through active listening and questioning to identify areas for improvement. Initiates the creation of communication channels with stakeholders and removes roadblocks to improve the exchange of information. Resolves escalated, complex, and time-sensitive stakeholder issues when necessaryDirects team members to translate stakeholder needs and requirements into actionable technical solutions. Serves as a subject matter expert to provide direction for configurations and customizations. Facilitates the learning of new technologies and domains among team membersDevelops future strategy for inter-job family initiatives and external and vendor collaborations to create effective solutions for stakeholders. Facilitates communication through various methods to align and realign leaders on end goals. Delegates tasks to leaders based on team strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Enables team members to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and assists with triaging complex bugs resulting from UAT. Uses testing data to make strategic decisions, ensures measures are visible to stakeholders, and interprets data into actionable conclusions and hypothesesUses in-depth knowledge to assist team members and other professionals in resolving issues related to internal products and software.
