The role involves designing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet industry standards and organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, enhance, and optimize Epic Tapestry applications to meet business and operational requirementsDesign and implement new workflows, system enhancements, and automation solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutionsAnalyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system utilizationSupport testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activitiesParticipate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiativesEnsure solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practicesProvide subject matter expertise and guidance on Epic Tapestry functionality and capabilitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum three years of recent healthcare industry experienceDemonstrated hands-on Epic Tapestry configuration and build experienceStrong understanding of healthcare payer workflows and operationsExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutionsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsUtilization Management (strongly preferred)Case ManagementAppeals and GrievancesMembership, Eligibility, and Enrollment AdministrationProvider ManagementProvider and Vendor ContractsTapestry Core ApplicationsExperience with Epic Business Intelligence Developer (BID)Experience with Epic CogitoExperience with Epic Caboodle Data ModelExperience with Epic Clarity Reporting Workbench report and extract developmentExperience with SQL and/or PL/SQLCompany OverviewNet2Source (N2S) is a Minority owned global workforce solutions company recognized by SIA as the largest and fastest-growing Total Talent Solutions provider with a presence in 34 countries and in-house Glo-Cal (global and local) teams to support our clients.
