[Remote] Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Omnichannel) (Remote from anywhere in CO)

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert in the design and implementation of the state’s Omnichannel communication services, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance communication frameworks and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Recommend new processes, procedures, and technology to increase productivity and efficiency • Document high level design and procedures • Analyze and develop functional specifications for the design of new Omnichannel platform solutions or modifications • Configure, administer and deploy mission critical Omnichannel solutions, such as virtual call centers, chatbots, chat and other integrations • Provide technical guidance and solutions to technical problems Skills • 5 years of hands-on technical experience servicing an Enterprise environment, in the specific area of Cloud Services • Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certification Benefits • Visit our benefits to learn more about some of our great offerings that allow us all to have fulfilling lives.
