The role involves guiding clients through complex implementations while balancing various business and technical priorities.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise implementation engagements from project initiation through go-live and transition to supportAct as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and executive sponsors, helping guide strategic decisions throughout the implementation lifecycleBuild strong client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and delivery excellenceFacilitate executive steering committees, project governance meetings, and stakeholder reviewsLead complex SaaS platform implementations involving cross-functional teams, technical integrations, operational workflows, and organizational changeDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation roadmapsManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource requirementsMonitor project performance and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholdersDrive accountability across all project participants to ensure successful executionPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Integration, Client Services, Configuration, and Support teams to ensure successful solution deliveryCoordinate technical workstreams involving APIs, EDI transactions, data integrations, and system configurationAlign internal teams around project priorities and client objectivesEscalate issues appropriately while facilitating timely resolutionIdentify implementation risks, obstacles, and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategiesSupport organizational readiness and change management efforts to promote successful adoption of VBA solutionsChampion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance implementation quality, scalability, efficiency, and client experienceContribute to the development and refinement of implementation standards, methodologies, and best practicesPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, IT, or similar)7-10+ years of experience in project and program management roles within the healthcare, SaaS, or technology consulting sectors, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level implementationsProven success leading large-scale, cross-functional project teams in a client-facing capacity, with a focus on complex enterprise environmentsDemonstrated leadership in managing multiple high-stakes projects and clients simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in dynamic environmentsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build credibility and manage executive-level relationships both internally and externallyStrong organizational acumen with experience managing large, cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple business unitsDeep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, technical integrations (EDI, APIs), and platform deployment best practicesHighly analytical and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solvingComfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous or fast-changing environments, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulnessProficient in enterprise project management tools and reporting dashboardsAbility to travel as needed to support client and team engagementsExperience with B2B SaaS implementations in the healthcare industryExperience with healthcare insurance-related technology such as claims administration platforms, portals, and/or analytics platformsStrong understanding of healthcare payer operations, claims processing systems, and regulatory requirements is highly desirableAbility to work independently and be resourceful when confronted with ambiguityProject Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certificationsBenefitsRemote/Hybrid Schedules (depending on job role)12 Paid HolidaysResponsible Time OffVolunteerism DayPaid Parental Leave:
