[Remote] Senior Implementation Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and assist in the deployment of their EAM software solutions while working directly with clients to improve transit operations.ResponsibilitiesMastering the Trapeze EAM product suite and providing subject matter expertise to Trapeze's EAM customersAnalyzing customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes to meet their needsDeveloping and delivering project artifacts such as process diagrams, gap analysis documentation, and functional and technical design documents throughout a projectWorking with the Project Manager to ensure we deliver within project scope, budget, and timelineWorking with Product and Development to report product issues and communicate gaps from customer’s perspectivePerform training, consulting, or other support for customersTraveling to customer sites in North America to help improve their operations with Trapeze's products and servicesSkillsExperience with integrating EAM systems with other enterprise solutionsAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insightsKnowledge of databases, SQL, and scripting languagesStrong troubleshooting, testing, problem solving and analysis skillsAbility to understand and write technical documentationThe ability to use business acumen and consulting skills to develop customersAbility to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical audienceAbility to prioritize, plan, manage and execute to commitmentsStrong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioStrong Business analysis skillsExperience working in an agile/hybrid/waterfall methodology for software implementationAbility to travel up to 50%Familiar with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) softwareExperience in Asset Management, Maintenance and/or the transit industryExperience working in a cloud environmentAbility to influence the customer in understanding the need to impress this change upon the organization (i.e., customers to accept new processes, new software etc.)Project Risk Identification, mitigation, and resolutionCompany OverviewWe deliver integrated technology that spans your transit agency.
