[Remote] Senior Imaging Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Imaging Endpoints is an Imaging Technology and Imaging Clinical Research Organization focused on advancing imaging science and technology to support drug approvals in oncology. The Senior Imaging Project Manager will manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for clinical imaging projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to project specifications.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Execute project deliverables for imaging studies in clinical trials in accordance with project scope of work and within sponsor specified timelines
ā¢ Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a clinical imaging projects
ā¢ Assist in preparation and adherence to imaging trial documents i.e. Image Review Charter, Imaging Manual, Data Transmittal Forms, etc
ā¢ Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
ā¢ Manage key project documents/processes, i.e. Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, Escalation Plan, Risk Management Plan and appropriate Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
ā¢ Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
ā¢ Identify out of scope requests and work with appropriate team(s) to revise the work order to meet changing needs and requirements
ā¢ Review and manage all deliverables
ā¢ Prepare metrics reporting for client and senior management
ā¢ Prepare forecasting information for Finance purposes
ā¢ Provide mentoring and support to other Project Managers as needed
ā¢ Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a health-related field
ā¢ Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance/Compliance in a clinical trials setting is required
ā¢ Knowledge of key project management documents and tools required
ā¢ Prior experience with different EDC systems required
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications required
ā¢ Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in the clinical trials industry required
ā¢ Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical imaging project management in a clinical trial environment required
ā¢ Experience managing global Phase III clinical trials with imaging components required
ā¢ Prior experience supporting FDA and sponsor audits required
ā¢ PMP certification a plus
