[Remote] Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RedBrick Staffing is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting workplace culture initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with decision makers to align HR strategies/goalsPartner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning (e.g. forecasting, succession planning, skill-gap analyses, etc.), & change management initiativesPartner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategyPartner with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding for new hiresManage full-cycle recruitment process (i.e. job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, & offer negotiation)Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting & selection processManage ATS, applicants, employer branding/marketing, and employee referrals, & coordinate interviewsPartner with business leaders to create job descriptions & job requirements & selection best practicesManage recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, etc.)Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws & company policies – communicate/relay to employees as neededSupport employer branding initiatives to attract top talent & strengthen the company’s market presenceDevelop & implement HR policies, SOPs to support business goals – maintain up-to-dateLead HR audits, oversee compliance & manage employee recordsPrepare & processes compliance & HR reports for leadership – Analyze data to identify trends & areas for improvementSupport the performance appraisal process & employee performance topicsGuide Supervisors & Managers with various employment, hiring, and terminating topicsSupport workplace investigations, employee concerns, conflicts, & grievancesPromote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureOther duties as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in HR, BA, or similar7+ years of progressive HR experience – strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, & employment lawsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive & confidential informationStrong proficiency with HR tech systems and MS OfficeGoal oriented with a sense of urgency, high energy & enthusiasmExcellent time management & critical thinking skillsAbility to build trusting relationships with a variety of individuals at varying levels of the organizationCompany OverviewWith over two decades of internal recruitment support, RedBrick Staffing has been able to fine-tune a tried-and-true strategy of locating talent through a personalized recruitment process.
