MeridianLink is seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment-related processes and policies. This role focuses on building effective employee relations programs and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.ResponsibilitiesSr. HR Business Partners will act as a key contributor to the implementation of HR projectsThe role will resolve most ER issues, including those that involved any level of management, and require interviews to be conductedExpected to recommend changes to company policy, procedures, and forms to be compliant with new labor laws.
