[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst

Performance Food Group is dedicated to supporting America’s food distribution system and is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to enhance the Human Capital Management ecosystem. This role involves optimizing HR systems, maintaining performance, delivering analytical solutions, and ensuring compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with HRIS leadership to support continuous improvement efforts, including enhancements to system functionality, system design, workflows, and user experienceCollaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery of system enhancementsAssist in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute to the design and implementation of practical, scalable solutionsSupport the implementation of newly acquired businesses by coordinating HR system onboarding activities, validating data, facilitating user training, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful transition into enterprise processes and systemsDeliver ad hoc reporting and analytical solutions reporting to support compliance activities, investigations, audit, and business initiativesConduct system routine audit, monitor data quality, identify anomalies and work with Sr. HRIS Mgr. on recommended corrective actionsMonitor day-to-day core issues, including intake, triage, and resolution of system-related requests, issues, and inquiriesSupport system configuration updates, testing, and implementation in alignment with defined requirementsTroubleshoot system defects and partner with technical teams to resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures in partnership with HRSD AnalystAssist with reporting needs across HR functions, including performance management, recruiting, and workforce dataAnalyze data and provide insights to support process improvements and decision-makingSupport adherence to data privacy, security standards, and internal controlsAssist in managing system access, roles, and permissions in partnership with HRIS, IT, and compliance teamsParticipate in governance and change management processes for system updates and enhancementsSupport testing, implementation, and communication of system changesHelp maintain consistency and standardization across HRIS processes and data practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDeep knowledge of UKG Pro, including configuration, system design, reporting, and troubleshootingMinimum of 3 years of experience in HRISStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailCritical ThinkingStrong CommunicationCustomer Service mindsetBenefitsCompetitive pay and benefits, including Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K Employer Matching, Education Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much moreGrowth opportunities performing essential work to support America’s food distribution systemSafe and inclusive working environment, including culture of rewards, recognition, and respectCompany OverviewPerformance Food Group is an industry leader and one of the largest food and foodservice distribution companies in North America with more than 150 locations in the U.S. It was founded in 1885, and is headquartered in Richmond, VA, US, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
