[Remote] Senior HR Systems Analyst (Workday Compensation)

The Senior HR Systems Analyst will serve as a business partner and Workday expert, responsible for system administration, user training, and providing technical support across HR functions.ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of consultation and technical support to all areas of Belron and Safelite's HR function including but not limited to:HRIS, Report Writing and Dashboard Development, Talent Management and Talent AcquisitionMaintain dashboards and reports, develop custom reports and support the data manipulation and analysisEngage as a consultative partner and project manager, understanding business and functional stakeholder needs, then translating into optimal system configuration and workflowsKey business partner/point of contact for new and existing vendors for Workday implementations (on global and local levels)Maintain and audit confidential employment records including job, employment history, compensation, payroll, and other related data to ensure accuracy and data integrityProvide system documentation for HRIS and related downstream systems processesParticipate in user acceptance testing and user training. Participate in the development of test plans and documentationCollaborate closely with remote and distributed team members, consultants, implementers, global peers, and end users to complete tasks in alignment with organizational SLAsProvide ongoing process and system configuration improvements that keep the organization's HRIS platform aligned with current and future business needs, anticipating future workforce trends and solutioning proactivelyResearch, test, and implement new features, improvements, and updates. In addition, you’ll participate in evaluating new HR technologiesBoost user adoption and capability by troubleshooting issues, helping HR representatives navigate the system, providing training, developing reference and training materials, and maintaining just-in-time guidance to end usersPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field4-6 years of experience with a variety of global HCM/HRIS solutions, primarily Workday; system implementation, testing, and integration experienceProject management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and research skillsTechnical expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, SharePoint, and Teams especially)Working knowledge of system integration concepts (APIs, web services, middleware, etc.)Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutionsAbility to effectively work in a globally distributed/virtual settingCertification: Workday certifications (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting etc.) strongly preferredExperience as a Report Writer, with the ability to design and create custom reports and dashboardsWorking knowledge of Workday configuration, EIBs, including business process design, configuration, and condition rulesBenefitsCompetitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.Total job benefits valued at more than $10k\•.
